What is EMDR Therapy and how can it help?

EMDR therapy is a side by side, bilateral eye or tapping movement to reprocess trauma that has been trapped in the brain. These memories fade and relieve the disturbance while replacing negative cognitions turned to positive cognitions tied to the memory after fully completing an EMDR session.
